IEEE-ISTO Std 4900-2021: Digital IF Interoperability Standard, v1.2.1 February 2025
Version 1.2.1 of the DIFI Standard delivers a significant improvement in the areas of sync and flow control over the previous version published in August 2022. Version 1.2.1 resolves issues seen with the flow control mechanism defined in release version 1.2.0. The issues were discovered during PlugFest Europe in 2024.
Additional restructuring of the specification has been brought forward from release version 1.3.0 into this release, along with information class 0x0004.
